A $1,500 penalty will apply, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund. 3) No Smoking, Vaping, or E-Cigarettes: Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors or in the backyard. If evidence of smoking is found, a $2,000 fee will be charged, and ozone treatment will be required to eliminate the odor. 4) Undisclosed Guests: A fee of $50 per person per night applies for any guests not listed on the reservation. 5) Tampering with Security Devices: Do not disable or tamper with outdoor cameras, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitors. Violations will result in a $1000 penalty and possible removal from the property without a refund. 6) Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and must be authorized in advance. A fee of $100 per hour applies if pre-approved. Unauthorized late check-outs or early arrivals will incur a $100 per hour charge. 7) Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per stay, and a $150 cleaning fee per dog applies to cover deep cleaning and maintain an allergen-free space. Dogs over 25 lbs require prior host approval. Any violations will result in a significant fine for cleaning and repairs. No pets allowed in the hot tub. Shower before use (remove lotions, oils, sand, or dirt) A $250 cleaning fee applies if left in poor condition (excess dirt, debris, or foreign substances) Replace cover & secure it after use. Keep the temperature at 98°F (max safe temp: 104°F) Liability Waiver: By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and accept all risks and release the owner and host from any liability. Additional Pool heating is available year-round (additional charges applies). 2️⃣ Fireplace Use: Both indoor and outdoor fireplaces are for decorative use only and must not be left unattended. Ensure flames are fully extinguished after use. 3️⃣ Security & Monitoring: Exterior cameras monitor only entry points and the front of the property, ensuring guest safety and compliance with city regulations. Noise monitoring devices are installed indoors to prevent disturbances and are not used for recording conversations. 4️⃣ City of Scottsdale STR Regulations: This home complies with Scottsdale’s Short-Term Rental License and TPT (Transaction Privilege Tax) requirements. As per city law, the primary guest must be 25+ years old and present at check-in.
