To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following guidelines: 1️⃣ Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. 2️⃣ No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings or parties are not permitted. A $1,500 fee applies for violations, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund. 3️⃣ No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited indoors and in the backyard. A $2,000 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found to cover ozone treatment and odor removal. 4️⃣ Registered Guests Only: All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee. 5️⃣ Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 dogs (under 25 lbs) with a $150 cleaning fee per pet. Larger dogs require prior approval. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in additional cleaning and damage fees. 6️⃣ Security & Safety Devices: Please do not tamper with or disable outdoor cameras, smoke detectors, CO detectors, or noise monitors. Tampering will result in a $2,000 fine and may lead to immediate removal without refund. 7️⃣ Check-In / Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior approval for $100 per hour. Unauthorized extensions will automatically incur the same fee per hour. 🛡️ Safety Information & Local Regulations Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please take a moment to review a few important details about our home and local Scottsdale guidelines: 1️⃣ Pool & Hot Tub Safety: The pool and hot tub are not fenced, so adult supervision is required at all times for children and non-swimmers. No diving, glassware, or running in pool areas. Please turn off jets and lights after use to conserve energy. Pool heating is available year-round ($50/night charges applies). 2️⃣ Fireplace Use: Both indoor and outdoor fireplaces are for decorative use only and must not be left unattended. Ensure flames are fully extinguished after use. 3️⃣ Security & Monitoring: Exterior cameras monitor only entry points and the front of the property, ensuring guest safety and compliance with city regulations. Noise monitoring devices are installed indoors to prevent disturbances and are not used for recording conversations. 4️⃣ City of Scottsdale STR Regulations: This home complies with Scottsdale’s Short-Term Rental License and TPT (Transaction Privilege Tax) requirements. As per city law, the primary guest must be 25+ years old and present at check-in.
