The home was beautiful. It was stocked with all the things we needed and some extras that helped our stay enjoyable. There were only 2 things I did not care for and that was the bedrooms had no televisions but we stayed so busy it was not noticeable. The second challenge was the way the driveway set off of the busy street. It was difficult pulling out at times. I would definitely stay at this place again because it was clean and had a lot of space for the 15 of us. The host was very accommodating and responded to my questions quickly prior to our stay and during our stay. It was in a good location to all the places we were exploring for the weekend!!

Ican’t thank this host enough! After a last-minute issue with another booking, they stepped in and saved my trip. Their communication was incredibly fast, and they went above and beyond to get the place cleaned and ready for me on such short notice. Great stay! If the location and amenities sound like what you want, don't hesitate. Nice, quiet, and walkable neighborhood a block into the subdivision. Easy to find and had no trouble with rideshares, but no traffic either. Place was clean, spacious, matched the photos. Everything worked well (can't comment on the garage as we were outside as much as possible), tons of entertainment, and plenty of space/seating. Sia was a great communicator and provided everything we needed. We used the pool without additional heating in February (mid 70s per my Apple watch), but most people would probably want to spring for the extra heat during winter. Be sure you arrange extra time before checkout if you need it, as the cleaning crew is prompt to arrive. Unless something changes with our crew, this spot is top of the list when we return to Phoenix next year.

We loved the home and really enjoyed the amenities. Felt various spacious and the Kitchen was a large fun area to gather with big windows letting in the bright lights. We were coming and going a lot (to the design district), but in the downtown at this facility enjoyed the living space and fun (pool, ping pong, table games, etc). Will hope to come back in 2Q!

We had a great stay with the family reunion. House is well setup with a lot of activities for everyone. Wish checkout could have been at 11 or 12. Rather than 10 am which is too early.

This place was very clean. The place looks like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, some snacks, and all the utensils you need. Great location very close to restaurants and bars. Overall great stay!

Priyanka's place was outstanding! We were visiting Dallas for the Lightovation show, and her place is literally a 5-minute walk across the DART train station. Also, the DART train station can get you almost anywhere. We went to the Mavericks game, and it was so easy to get down there and back to her place without Ubering down. We only go to Dallas every 2 or 3 years for Lightovation, but when we come back, we would love to stay in this location once again. Priyanka was extremely communicative and helpful to our needs. The home is well laid out and has numerous activities if you want to stay indoors.

We were on a girls trip to Dallas Market Center and this place was perfect. Close to market and great restaurants. We each had our ow bedroom with a king size bed. Our host was very responsive with questions or concerns and had great recommendations for restaurants close by. We loved our stay.

Stayed at this Oasis-and it is just that-an Oasis over New Years and also to celebrate my grandson's 2nd birthday. It was just perfect for our entire family. The outdoor space made our birthday party extra special - so much to do with all of the games and amenities. Sia was extremely responsive and very friendly throughout the stay. She even sent some cookies for the birthday celebration which says a lot about her as a host. The living area inside the home is set up with something for everyone and spaced out enough for a large group. I highly recommend this home for your next getaway.

My family and I were so happy to be able to spend Christmas together in Scottsdale. Sia’s had everything we needed-lots of rooms and beds, kitchenware, and the pool and hot tub, which were clean and the perfect temperature. There were never any questions left un-answered because Sia communicated quickly. I definitely recommend staying there for a multi-generational family get together.
